The biggest career fair in Romania gathers every edition over 180 of the most wanted employers and 30,000 young professionals.  


We launched “Angajatori de Top” in October 2006, motivated by the ambition to provide a professional instrument which might enable companies and candidates to interact directly. Our goal was to design an event both credible and compatible with the market’s requirements. The following step was to organize it at high standards with predictable results.


From the first edition, 75 top companies and over 10000 visitors turned the event into the biggest job fair in Romania. Characterized by continuous growth, “Angajatori de Top” is the annual host of more than 180 employers and 30,000 visitors. According to the companies’ estimates, “Angajatori de Top” produces the best results in the field of recruitment and employer branding reinforcement and is considered a reference event in Romania.


Angajatori de Top differentiates from other similar events through:

  • the quality of the companies taking part – leading companies on the market, representatives of the most important industries in Romania;
  • its target – young graduates, with or without work experience, young people with international experience and remarkable results throughout their education years;
  • the extensive media coverage of the event – the promotion campaign (online and offline) is supported by the most important media in Romania and reaches more than 500000 young professionals;

The fair has two annual editions, the spring and the autumn editions, which take place in Bucharest , Timisoara and Iasi.
