“When we decided to take part in “Angajatori de Top”, our main target was to promote the image of our company (“brand awareness”) among potential candidates and, initially, we were rather reserved in predicting how many resumes we might receive. What happened afterwards far exceeded our expectations: we had an impressive number of visitors at the stand (more than 1000 who asked for information) and we gathered almost 400 resumes, most of which belonged to experienced IT specialists, even seniors.
Being a company specialized in IT&C recruitment, we immediately included some of these candidates in our recruitment programs (which added further efficiency and quality to the process).
