Virtual Career Fair for Graduates is a national innovative event that takes place on a 3D virtual platform, hosted by Hipo.ro between June – August.  It is dedicated to students and fresh graduates that are looking for career opportunities.

Over 30 top companies will attend the event and will promote more than 300 jobs and internships for graduates. The event will offer the perfect guidance through the recruitment & selection process and enables live interaction with the targeted candidates through webinars and live chat.

In perioada 15 iunie – 17 august 2015 va avea loc, pe www.hipo.ro, Targul Virtual Hipo.ro pentru Absolventi – un proiect adresat studentilor si masteranzilor care isi finalizeaza studiile universitare in această vara. 36 de companii participante si peste 600 de pozitii deschise sunt cifrele care definesc evenimentul din acest an. Targul Virtual Hipo.ro pentru Absolventi se afla la cea de-a 9 editie si reuneste angajatori care isi desfasoara activitatea in domenii precum: Financiar-bancar, IT&C, Servicii & BPO, FMCG, Constructii, Logistica, Consultanta, Turism, Farmaceutice, Retail si Inginerie.

Intre 15 iun si 17 aug 2015 are loc Targul Virtual Hipo.ro pentru Absolventi ce aduna 600 de job-uri pentru candidati fara experienta sau cu pana la 3 ani experienta in domenii variante precum: Financiar-bancar, IT&C, Servicii & BPO, FMCG, Constructii, Logistica, Consultanta, Turism, Farmaceutice, Retail si Inginerie.

40% dintre angajatori considera experienta anterioara, programele de internship si stagiile de practica cele mai valoroase atuuri din CV-urile juniorilor. Specializarea de la facultate sau masterul urmat este abia pe locul 4, urmata indeaproape de cunoasterea a doua limbi straine. Cel mai important criteriu ramane si anul acesta implicarea in activitati extracurriculare – in special programe de internship si trainee. Urmarea unor astfel de programe pune in evidenta spiritul de initiativa si dorinta de dezvoltare profesionala si de invatare continua.
