Employer branding is an essential element in the organizational strategy, having a significant impact in hiring and retaining the right talent. In the current landscape where candidates are faced with numerous career options, building a strong employer brand is crucial for the business success on the long run.

According to the Most desired employers study, apart from attractive pay and the safety of the job, potential candidates on the local market highly value also aspects related to the employee experience and organizational culture fit. These are all criteria used in the decision process regarding their future employment. Therefore, how your employer brand strategy is built and communicated highly influences the number and relevance of job applicants.

An Employer Branding enthusiast, Alexandra has more than 7 years of experience in Employer Branding and Recruitment Marketing. She has worked on more than 60 recruitment marketing campaigns and employer branding projects for clients from different industries: technology, FMCG, BPO, banking and engineering. For the last 4 years she has been actively involved in understanding the candidate’s behavior through instruments like “The most desired employers survey”, decripting employee experiences and formulating employer branding strategies.

With almost 20 years of experience in Public Relations, Ioana is one of the best-known PR trainers in Romania. In 2005 she launched GMP PR agency.
