Our main strategy was to gain higher visibility for both the brand and the trainee program among students in fresh grads from IT & Digital areas, in order to raise the number of applicants for the Digital Summer Traineeship @ Rompetrol – KMG International Romania.

The strategy adopted in order to promote HP Inc Graduates Program was to position the company in front of the candidates as one of the most desired employers, which offers development opportunities and then to attract young graduates to apply for one of the open positions within the program, both in the technical and business fields.

The strategy we adopted was to maximize the KPMG Romania Internship Program exposure on all of the most relevant media channels in order to attract the interest of the graduates and offer them relevant information about the possibilities to develop in the company. Our objective was to generate relevant applicants for Internship Program positions and increase the brand awareness of the company. 

We developed the Caravan concept starting from Group Renault Romania’s objectives to position itself as top employer among technical students nationwide, to differentiate the Group from other automotive competitors, as well as to strengthen its relationships with the universities.
