The Internship Programme 2022 offered by KPMG Romania was one of the most desired programs by students and graduates from business filed, offering more positions for those who want to start their career in one of the Big 4 companies.
The strategy we adopted was to maximize the Internship Program exposure on all of the most relevant media channels in order to attract the interest of the graduates and offer them relevant information about the possibilities to develop in the company. Our objective was to generate relevant applicants for Internship Program positions and increase the brand awareness of the company.
We managed the promotion campaign for one month, included in Internship & Trainee Marathon project, using the following channels:
- Banner on Hipo.ro,
- Facebook ads focus on remarketing,
- Inserts in our TOP 5 internship & trainee opportunities weekly posts,
- Inserts in Internship &Trainee Marathon Newsletter,
- Dedicated Newsletter sent to over 10 000 candidates from our Hipo.ro,
- Employer’s Guide databases.
- we increased the visibility of the brand among the target audience
- we attracted a large number of applicants for the open positions within the internship program
- we gained the best volume of traffic with the following marketing channels: online banner on Hipo.ro, Facebook & Instagram campaign and Inserts in Internship & Trainee Marathon Newsletter
