This year marks a special milestone — the 20th edition of the Most Desired Employers Survey in Romania. For two decades, this study has captured the voice of Romanian talent, offering a clear perspective on how employer brands are perceived, what candidates expect, and what truly makes a company stand out in a competitive job market.

Conducted online each year, the survey reaches a broad and diverse pool of candidates nationwide. In 2025, we collected 12,161 valid responses from both early-career professionals and experienced specialists.

So, who are the Most Desired Employers by Industry in Romania this year?

The wait is finally over! From the national Top 100 Most Desired Employers, we’ve identified the standout companies across key industries — as recognized by Romanian candidates in 2025. Securing a top position in these industry-specific rankings is no easy task. It reflects not only strong employer brand visibility, but also a sustained commitment to aligning with candidates’ expectations, values, and aspirations.

The Most Desired Employers Survey run every year since 2016 by Catalyst Solutions, provide us with current results on employers’ popularity and the insides of the Romanian talents market.

The collected data is processed and organized into differentiated reports according to the candidates’ interest in certain industries, academic background, and level of experience. The types of reports available are: Business, Engineering, IT&C, Retail, FMCG, BPO.
