Digital Summer Traineeship @ Rompetrol – KMG International Romania – Open Doors! was the best opportunity for the company to create a level of excitement about the company and about the opportunities that future employees will have.

Our main strategy was to gain higher visibility for both the brand and the trainee program among students in fresh grads from IT & Digital areas, in order to raise the number of applicants for the Digital Summer Traineeship @ Rompetrol – KMG International Romania.

The promo campaign lasted 3 weeks and the channels we used were:

  • we gained the best volume of traffic with the following marketing channels: Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Leads, Facebook Leads;
  • we increased the number of applicants to the trainee program through the great number of participants at the event;
  • the company has gained a strong brand awareness among young people in IT & Digital fields.
