Employer Branding – Kellogg’s Case Study

The Customer

American group Kellogg’s – one of the biggest cereals producers in the world.

The Challenge

Kellogg’s has opened a new division within its Bucharest Service Center. The new unit was about to take over activities from the Supply Chain area and be responsible for planning the cereal and snack categories, managing inventories and other specific activities in Europe. The Bucharest Center offers Global Business Services for Kellogg’s divisions in more than 20 European countries. It currently has about 250 employees and wanted to hire about 50 more for the Supply Chain division.

The Solution

We created and implemented the concept of Open Day Event in the Kellogg’s office,

For this reason, we created micro-website on Hipo.ro and the active tab in the Employer Branding section. The candidates were targeted with ad posts on career site, during social media campaign or contacted directly during Talent Scouting activities. As a result, we had a large pool of suitable candidates to choose from.

After the screening, we invited 129 candidates and personally guide them through the whole process making sure they were well informed and overall had a great experience during the event.

The event had a character of exclusive meeting where participants had the opportunity to interact with other employees and taste the famous cereals among other snacks.

One of the main points of the evening was a presentation about Kellogg’ss position on the market and projects they are currently working on.
